EastWest Executive Director Isabelle Gotianun Yap was one among the 38 women leaders honored as Woman of Power 2024 last March 11, 2024, at Philippine Daily Inquirer’s recognition ceremony themed “Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges: A Tribute to Women’s Leadership & Resilience” at the SEDA Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Vice Chairperson Josephine Gotianun-Yap was also formerly honored with the same recognition, last 2023.

Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) annually recognizes women of remarkable accomplishment or expertise, tangible community impact and inspiring contributions in their chosen fields. This year, PDI is celebrating their 38th year in the industry, thus awarded 38 women leaders.

PDI’s evaluation is based on professional achievements in the private or public sector; contributions to innovation and creativity; effective mentorship or empowerment through education; community impact as champion of the environment and sustainability; promotion of inclusivity and diversity; change management or crisis resolution; and pioneering work in tech or digital spaces.
