Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) underscored its vision and commitment to support the development of the Clark ecozone through its projects in the area during the recent EJAP-BCDA Clark Forum held at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium. FLI Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for Industrial and Logistics Francis V. Ceballos was invited as a speaker in the forum attended by media practitioners.
EJAP or Economic Journalists Association of the Philippines is an organization of business journalists established in 1985.
Joining Mr. Ceballos were BCDA Chairman Delfin N. Lorenzana, BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang, and Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) Vice President for Administration and Finance Nancy C. Paglinawan. Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs Secretary Fredrick D. Go delivered a special message and said, “The collective efforts of the government and investors in New Clark City will help the country achieve unprecedented growth and job opportunities outside Metro Manila.”
During the forum, Mr. Francis Ceballos highlighted Filinvest Development Corporation’s (FDC) significant contribution to Clark’s growth through its three major developments: Filinvest Mimosa+, CIAC – Clark International Airport Corporation managed by LIPAD consortium led by FDC, and Filinvest New Clark City. He also discussed the positive impact of the Filinvest Innovation Park- New Clark City (FIP-NCC).
“Filinvest is working on populating the park with new locators, especially those who are in the electronics and technology industry. Most of the investors from these industries are considering New Clark City because of its unique position, having easy access to seaport, land transportation hubs and the Clark International Airport,” Ceballos shared during the forum.
Ceballos also emphasized that, “Filinvest Group is working on pioneering with the pioneers,” for the continuous development of the FIP-NCC.
